What movie was solved when the actor was in pharmacy and saw a sleep aid box and he knew how to solve the myst?

I can see the image of a man in my head in an aisle at a pharmacy and
he came across the same box that was involved in a mystery. Once he
saw it, he knew who did it. What was this movie???? It is slowly
making me insane.

I just watched True Blue: Blue Collar Comedy and there is a narrator
