Who is the voice, or narrator, on True Blue: Blue Collar Comedy?

I just watched True Blue: Blue Collar Comedy and there is a narrator
and it sounds like Sam Elliott, but I'm not sure it's him. It also
sounds maybe like the narrator off of the Dukes of Hazzard movie with
Johnny Knoxville and Sean William Scott. Any help would be
appreciated! Thank you!
