N.Y. TV Fest adds development partners
The NY Television Festival, heading into its eight year, Friday introduced nine development partners due to its 2012 edition this fall including IFC, MTV and VH1. IFC, which acquired approaching series "Bunk" in the 2010 fest, has grew to become part of MTV and VH1 as award sponsor for your Pilot Competition which is seeking comedy distribution due to its third annual Because they are award. MTV is trying to find animated and live-action comedies and VH1 for unscripted formats due to its VH1 Creative Lab "Theory of Creativity" Award with a development deal.
